Pedro’s family apple cake

Solids:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups of sugar (I actually use 1 1/2, but the recipe says 2)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Liquids:

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 180ml oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Filling:

  • 3 Cups of cubed apples
  • 1/2 cups of raisins
  • 1/2 cups of nuts

Instructions:

  • Peel and cut the apples in cubes (I actually don’t peel them, but it’s up to you)
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, then add the other liquid ingredients
  • After they are thoroughly mixed, add the filling
  • Bake at 350F for about 1 hour (until the outside is golden brown and and a toothpick comes out of the dough “clean”)
