Ingredients:
- 1 lb black beans, soaked overnight
 - 2 bay leaves
 - 2 smoked sausages
 - 1/2 package of bacon
 - Dried meats (optional)
 - 1 onion
 - 6 cloves garlic
 - 1 tbsp cumin
 - 1 tbsp coriander
 - salt and pepper to taste
 - cayenne pepper (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Soak beans overnight (most recipes discard the water, but I usually don’t)
 - Cube onion and mince garlic and fry in pan, once translucent, add bacon
 - Once bacon is cooked (not browned yet), add the contents into pressure cooker
 - Add spices and beans (with bean water) to pressure cooker
 - Cut sausage into slices and add to pressure cooker
 - Cook for 45 minutes then let pan lose pressure naturally
 - Test for salt
